Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to all major destinations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. We partner with global merchants to provide you with quality lighting products at reasonable prices. Due to extremely high demand please allow 10-14 business days for orders to the United States and 20-30 business days for international orders.

Do you provide tracking information?

We make an effort to provide tracking information for all of our orders. If you haven't received a tracking number within a couple of days after your order then please contact us with your order number and we will look into the matter for you.

I ordered multiple items, but they arrived in different deliveries?

We have a large assortment of products that are not stocked in house. When you order multiple items at a time they may get shipped separately from different fulfillment centers in order to be delivered to you faster.

I had to pay to receive my package, why?

Since our products ship out of international locations there may be import or customs taxes due upon arrival. This should not be an issue, but if this does occur then we, unfortunately, have no control over them.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. We do not store any of your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product.
